Bitter Melon (Small Momordica Charantia) Plus act as natural insulin contains charantin (a mixture of steroidal saponin), momordicine, alkaloid and polypeptide (p-insulin) which are effective to lower down the blood sugar level (hypoglycemic effect).

It is also work to enhance the secretion of insulin in pancreas, increase the glycogen storage in liver and improve the overall peripheral glucose intake.
